- Penny For Your Thoughts: Now available in three new colorways, including Lichen, Bone/Black and Emerald.
Social spotlight
Flor’s guest stylist for the Winter Collection is Shayla Owodunni, founder and creative mind behind The Plant Penthouse. Owodunni used Flor carpet tile to add a calm, intentional and connected feel to her home. As part of the partnership, Owodunni collaborated with Flor design experts to customize her own area rug look. The result, featuring Heaven Sent tiles in Black and Bone, was a perfect fit for Owodunni’s living room and dining room, helping to delineate space and tell a cohesive design story.
“My partnership with FLOR has been so fun because it’s been a collaborative experience,” Owodunni said. “I feel like I’ve really been able to show and highlight my design personality since Flor has something for everyone. I’m excited to share my interpretation of the product and its benefits.”

It offers commercial biophilic design services focused on incorporating plants, color and personality. Nature serves as the primary muse for colors, textures and shapes for Owodunni. She also sees her design style as both nature-forward and environment-forward.
“Looking for products and materials that can be recycled, reused or repurposed, particularly as a designer who likes to rearrange home elements to create new life in spaces, is a huge thing for me,” Owodunni added. “Flor fits so perfectly into that philosophy as the tiles can be picked up, moved around and reconfigured for so many different applications.”
